  • Select to include completed, closed, and MCC calls.
  • Sort the rows in ascending or descending order by selecting any column header.
  • Rearrange the order of columns by selecting and dragging by the column header.
    The available columns include:
    • Service Call ID
    • Call Type
    • Description
    • Completed
    • Problem Type
    • Technician ID
    • Scheduled Date
    • Contract Number
    • Call Status
    • USER-DEFINED
    • Technician Name
    • Total Unbilled
    • Total Billed
    • Purchase Order Number
  • Double-clicking a service call from the list opens the Service Call window.
