Note

You can access the job safety tasks regardless of the appointment status. However, if JobSafetyValidationLevel = REQUIRED in the setup options, you can't complete the appointment until the Job Safety report is requested.

  1. Select Appointments Image Removed. 
  2. Select an appointment and select More.
  3. Change the status of the appointment, if necessary. 
  4. Select the designated job safety start status and select the Job Safety Tasks Image Removedtab  tab to view job safety tasks.
  5. Select a task.
  6. Complete the task by entering a response, as required.
  7. Select Next to go to the next task or select the Save Image Removed icon to return to the task list.
  8. Continue completing job safety tasks until you finish all of them.
