You can view purchase orders that have been added to a service call in Service Management. Purchase orders created in Service Management cannot be updated and are read-only.
- Select Appointments
Appointments. Select an appointment and select Complete. - Select the PO Lines
tab tab, and then select the purchase order to open the Purchase Order view pane. - Select More to display additional purchase order information.
