Run the Business Sync Full task by right-clicking on the task and select Run Task. This may take some time, so we'd recommend running this task overnight.
The first time the Business Sync Full task is run, it is recommended that you are logged into Windows as the account that will be used to run the AccountLink Scheduled Windows task. You will be prompted to enter your Accountlink credentials.
- In the Journyx Accountlink Dynamics Settings and Connection Confirmation window, enter the following under GP Login Information:
- SQL Server – Enter the SQL server name.
- User - Enter the admin login for Dynamics GP.
- Password - Enter the admin password.
- Database - Enter the database name.
- Company - If the above information is successful, the company name will display in the Company list.
- Select Connect.
- Enter Journyx Login Information.
- Server - Enter your Clock URL. (https://your-company-name.clock.key2act.io)
- User – Enter gpdamin.
- Password – Enter Access01.
- Session Context - If the above information is correct, the company name will display in the Session Context list.
- Select Connect.
