- To run a Full Business Sync via the AccountLinkClock user interface, login with the appropriate Microsoft Dynamics GP account information in addition to the Clock Connection account information.
- Verify the following configuration options are marked by selecting Config > Options Config from the menu.
- On the Business Sync Options tab:
- Force update of all records
- Do mass updates when possible for improved efficiency
- mass update page size: 5000 (if your dataset is fairly large)
- On the Business Sync Data tab, verify that none of the options are marked.
- On the Business Sync Options tab:
- Select Save.
- Verify the user.config file was successfully created in the following location: C:\Users\{service-account}\AppData\Local\Journyx\AccountlinkClock.exe_Url_{app-identifier}\{current-version-number}
- Run the Full Business Sync task by right-clicking on the task and then selecting Run Task. This may take some time, so we'd recommend running this task overnight. You will be prompted to enter your Accountlink credentials.
