The Maintenance page displays all maintenance contracts at a location, and a description of each contract and its start and end dates.
The fields on the Maintenance pages are a subset of the fields in the Maintenance Contract window in Service Management.

  1. On the Maintenance page, choose the lookup icon for a contract ID.
  2. On the Maintenance Detail page, view detailed information for the selected maintenance contract. 
  3. You also can use the other options in the Maintenance menu to view additional information. Depending on the permissions that are set up for you, you can view contract details and call history for the selected maintenance contract. You can also view any attachments and notes that are associated with the contract.

Attach a document to a maintenance contract

  1. On the Maintenance page, choose the lookup icon for a contract ID.
  2. On the Maintenance Detail page, choose Maintenance > Attachment.
  3. On the Attachment page, choose Browse to locate and select an attachment.
  4. Optional: Enter a description for the attachment.
  5. Choose Add. The attachment appears in the list of attachments for the selected maintenance contract.
