The Equipment Inquiry window displays information from the Equipment Manager. You apply various filters to limit the information displayed.

  1. Choose Inquiry > Equipment > Equipment Inquiry.

  1. If no information is displayed, check that the Live Company check box is marked in the Equipment Setup

  2. By default, only active equipment records are displayed on this window. Mark the Show Inactive check box to display all equipment, regardless of status.
  3. Use the Show/Hide Detail buttons to display one line or four lines of information about each piece of equipment. Use the drop-down list at the bottom of the window to change the order the list displays.
  4. Choose Filter to open the Equipment Inquiry Filter window. Choose your filters using the lookup windows and choose OK. Only the equipment meeting the criteria set in the filter will display in the Equipment Inquiry window.
