  • The originating agreement On Rental service call ID will be the service call ID on the destination agreement.
  • The originating agreement Off Rental meter reading will be the destination On Rental meter reading.
  • The line order may change with the transfer, so the line numbers and linked line numbers may change as well. For example, Line 1 on the originating agreement may be the Line 4 on the destination agreement.

Transferring a rental agreement line

  1. In Rental Agreement Entry Line, choose Transfer.
  2. In Rental Agreement Numbers, choose the destination rental agreement.
  3. Choose OK.
