The Aged Trial Balance report is a statement of all the open debit and credit items in a double-entry ledger to show the equality and maturity from an entered date. You can print an Aged Trial Balance report for each job. You must run the receivables aging process routine (Routines > Sales > Aging) prior to before printing the report.

Note

This report will not include closed jobs. If you would like your report to include closed jobs, you can use the SRS Aged Trial Balance report. You must have SRS reports enabled to print the SRS Aged Trial Balance report.
