To delete an Appointment appointment created in Building Optimization Broker:
From the mega navigation, select Services, or from the App Drawer,
...
select Service Requests.
In the left navigation, select the Management icon.
Select a Service Request.
Select the ellipsis icon to the right of the Appointment.
Select Delete.
In the confirmation window, select Delete.
