To delete an Appointment appointment created in Building Optimization Broker:

  1. From the mega navigation, select Services, or from the App Drawer,

...

  1. select Service Requests.

  2. In the left navigation, select the Management icon.

  3. Select a Service Request.

  4. Select the ellipsis icon to the right of the Appointment.

  5. Select Delete.

  6. In the confirmation window, select Delete.
