  1. Go to Cards > Service Management > Service Manager > Service Call.
  2. Select Vehicle Readings.

Accessing Vehicle Readings without associating the readings with a call from the Rental Agreement Line Entry window

  1. Go to Transactions > Equipment > Rental Agreement Entry > Line Entry.

  2. In Rental Agreement Line Entry, choose select the vehicle reading icon for either On Rental or Off Rental.  

    Note

    Choosing the Vehicle Reading icon under On Rental will create an outbound vehicle reading and, likewise, choosing the icon under Off Rental will create an inbound vehicle reading.
