If you are using Service Management, you can use the Service Management task and task list databases to create scheduled maintenance records. Further, Service Management service calls can be created from Equipment Management. Service calls in turn can be set up to update operating logs in Equipment Management.

Inactive task lists are filtered out from displaying in any lookup and cannot be assigned. If a task list has any task codes that are inactive, only the active task codes will be created in the service call. |
