If a Location is not linkedmapped,  the visual indicators that the Location is not linked would be that the Linked column does not display the link Image Removed icon link icon and the BOB Site field is empty. Before you can map to an existing BOB Site, you will need to have that Site's Client records mapped. See Mapping Customers and Clients.

  1. Go to Cards > Service Management > Service Manager.
  2. From the Service Manager menu bar, go to Additional > Map2BOB Sites.
  3. On the Technician Mapping Location tab, select the ellipsis Image Removed to ellipsis to the right of the BOB Site field .Select and then select Manage Site.
  4. In the New Technician Site window, select the Technician NameSite drop-down to display a list of BOB Technicians Sites that have not been linked to Signature TechniciansERP Locations. Once the BOB Technician Site has been linked, that name no longer displays in this list. If the Technician Site has not been created in BOB yet, select Create TechnicianLocation. See Creating and Linking and Creating a New BOB Site below.
  5. The BOB Technician's Site information displays in the appropriate fields. (Note that these fields are not editable.)
  6. Select Create.
