When you open Map2BOB, your ERP Customers and Locations display, with each Customer Location on a separate row.

If a linked BOB Client is deleted in Building Optimization Broker before the records can be unlinked, the ERP Customer name displays in bold and italics to indicate that there is a broken link. You will need to contact Key2Act Support for assistance with fixing the broken link. |
