The Job Panel displays a list of the available jobs. You can quickly view high-level details about the job. A context menu is available by right-clicking on a specific job that gives allows you the ability to view more details about the job, customer, and /or location. Alternatively, or you can open the Appointment Wizard or create a new job appointment. The context menu also provides allows you with the option to print a Job Schedule. You can minimize the Job Panel by clicking the arrow in the panel title bar.

Each page shows 200 jobs, sorted by job number. When you scroll down the jobs found in the Job Panel, a More button appears when you get to 200. Click the More button to display the next 200 jobs. If you use the Search field, the search clears the job list and retrieves and displays the first 200 jobs that match the search, and the pagination would continue using the search criteria.

Enabling the Job Panel in Settings

  1. In Schedule, select the menu Image Removed icon and then select Settings.
  2. Under Global Options, mark Show Job Panel.
  3. Select Save.

Job

Use the Search field at the top of the Job Panel to search for a specific active job. You can search by job number, job description, customer name, location name, division, project manager, or contract type.
