If you receive an error message on the Maps page Map and Route Resources window that displays at the top of the page "Geocode was not successful for: <service call ID>", this means that the latitude and/or longitude information is not entered for the associated appointment address for the service call.  You will need to run the map process to update their the Get Latitude and Longitude for Service Locations process found in Administration under the Process Requests tab to update your locations with valid latitude/longitude. This process only update updates those records where the values are zero, existing latitude and longitude information will not be overwritten.
