You can view existing customer information. You can also create a new customer from the Customer Hub. See Creating a new customerNew Customer.

Viewing customer details

1. To view the customer details, choose a customer in the Customer Hub.
2. The customer information displays on the Customer tab.
3. You can view the display-only customer information:
   • Customer Number
   • Customer Name
   • Address 1
   • Address 2
   • City
   • State
   • Postal Code
   • Contact Person 1
   • Phone 1
   • Contact Person 2
   • Phone 2
   • Salesperson
   • Hold Status
   • Inactive Status
   • Priority
   • Receivables Status
   • User_Define_1a
