This The Equipment Update utility updates your equipment database. As you install Service Management software upgrades or increase the size of your customer database files, you should run the equipment update utility.
This This utility deletes the old equipment quicksearch file and creates a new one. This file contains key fields from the Service Management equipment file.
Choose Signature Utilities > File Maintenance Utilities > Service Management > Equipment Update.
