  • If the related GP Address ID associated to the Service Location you are attempting to move is assigned as the Job Address for any open or closed Job, the address is not removed from RM00102.
  • If you are using Map2BOB, you will need to review your Map2BOB records after moving the location records. 
  1. Select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Utilities > Service Management > Move Location.
  2. Enter information for the old and new records.
  3. Select Move.
