Use this utility to reassign all reminder notes, as of a specific date, from the current owner to a new owner. An example of using this utility is if the current owner is no longer with the company.
- Select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Utilities > Service Management > Reminder Notes Reassignment.
- Use the lookup window to select the Current Owner.
- Enter From Date. The system will move all notes from this date to the current date.
- Select Move.
