  1. At the bottom of the login page, choose select I've lost my password.
  2. On the next page, enter your sign-in email address and choose select Submit.
  3. A new, temporary password will be sent to the email address that's provided.
  4. Use this temporary password to sign into in to the Customer Portal. 
  5. From there, you can set up a new password. For more information, see Change a passwordPassword.
