  1. Sign into Anchor_GoBack_GoBackin to the Customer Portal using your email address and current password.
  2. On the home page, choose select Update Profile.
  3. Enter your current password as the PIN number.
  4. Enter your new password as the new PIN number and confirm it in the next field.
  5. Choose Select Update.
  6. Your password will be changed, and you can sign in by using the new password.
