After signing in to Customer Portal, any user can view the information on the home page. Depending on the user permissions that are set up for you, you can access the main portal pages directly from the home page.
The The tabs and Logout icon are available from any page after you navigate away from the home page. In addition, your organization name, logo, and location address appear at the top of the pages.
You can sort the list data on all main pages – except the home page – by column in ascending or descending order. To sort the data, choose select a column heading.
