Once all equipment on a rental agreement is off rent and the rental agreement is invoiced, it can be sent to history. Once in history, the agreement is available for viewing only.
- Choose Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Routines > Equipment > Rental Agreement Completion.
- Enter a date in the Archive Cutoff Date field.
- Choose OK.
