Service Call Auditing provides the ability to view changes to a service call from the Additional menu option in the Service Call window by selecting the Additional Audit button. After you have installed the Signature Audit Add-In file, you will need to set up and enable Service Call Auditing. See Choosing Service Options. - Prior to installing Signature Auditing, verify that your instance of Microsoft Dynamics GP is not running.
- SQL Server Agent must be running to use Service Call Auditing.
- You must be a sysadmin to enable Service Call Auditing. This is required to enable the SQL Server Change Data Capture (CDC) feature.
Installing
- Right-click on the Signature Audit Add-In xx-x-xx.exe file and select Run as administrator.
- If the User Account Control window displays, select Yes to continue with the installation.
- The Signature Audit Add-in Setup Wizard displays.
- Select Next.
- On the End-User License Agreement window, accept the license agreement and select Next.
- On the Select Installation Folder window, accept the default location of the Microsoft Dynamics GP AddIn folder.
- Select Next.
- On the Ready to Install window, select Install.
- Select Finish.
