Warning

After you confirm the password, a message displays in the Admin Console window that includes the password that you've just entered. You will need to make a note of this password to email the affected technicians.

Technician Resetting Password

Once you've updated the password, the change takes place immediately for the selected technician(s). When the technician syncs their device, they will receive a message that says they can't connect and that the server login has failed.
