- Go to Transactions > Equipment > Rental Agreement Entry > Line Entry.
In Rental Agreement Line Entry, select the vehicle reading icon for either On Rental or Off Rental.

Choosing the Vehicle Reading icon under On Rental will create an outbound vehicle reading and, likewise, choosing the icon under Off Rental will create an inbound vehicle reading.
