You can automatically free up any licenses that haven't been synchronized in the last 90 days by marking this the Auto-free up unused licenses option in Resco Woodford's Administration Settings.

1. In MobileTech Administration, select Tools > Launch Resco Cloud Dashboard.

2. Enter the Email and Password and select Log in. 
3. In the left navigation, select Woodford.
4. Select Settings.
5. Under Organization settings, mark Auto-free up unused licenses (not synchronized in last 90 days).
6. Select Save.
