On the Contracts tab, you can view the customer location contracts. You also have the ability to create a new service call for the contract.

Viewing Contracts

  1. To view the location contracts, select a customer in the Customer Hub.
  2. In the details section of the Customer Hub, select the Contracts tab.
  3. Right-click a contract and select from the following: 
    • Create a Service Call for
      Opens the New Service Call window on the Schedule browser tab and auto-populates the window with the customer and contract information. See Creating a Service Call.
    • Add Note

    • Opens the Service Management note window.

    • Opens the Service Call attachment window.

    • Note

      If you have two contracts with the same contract number, open or historical, and add an attachment to either contract, the attachment(s) will display on both contracts.


    • View Note

    • Opens the Notes/Attachments window.
