Most major windows in Service Management have the notepad feature enabling you to attach free-form notes to a record. These notes can be marked to remind you to do something in the future. Each window in Service Management has a notepad button in the button bar to attach window-level notes. These notes can be used to attach instructions for completing the window and are separate from the reminder service notes.
