The Visit Wizard provides an alternate method to create reoccurring MCC calls. These calls do not have attached tasks. To use the Visit Wizard, you must have marked the Enable Visit Wizard check box checkbox in the Maintenance Options window.

  1. Choose Cards > Service Management > Service Manager.
  2. Select a customer and choose the Contract indicator.
  3. Select a contract and choose Visit Wizard.
  4. Enter the Start Date and End Date of your recurring service calls. Start and end dates must be within the start and end date of the maintenance contract.
  5. Mark the check boxes checkboxes if you want to skip Saturdays and/or Sundays.
  6. Choose Next to open the Service Call Template window. Information defaults into many fields.
  7. To schedule the appointment, you must enter the Starting Time and Estimated Hours for the service call.
  8. Choose Create to create the service calls. The system checks the technician's existing service appointments, activity appointments, and shifts to verify whether the calls can be created as scheduled. Service calls that are scheduled have starting times and estimated hours entered. After choosing Create, a message displays stating the number of appointments scheduled.
