The readings are associated with a service call when accessed from the Service call window.

Accessing Vehicle Readings from the Service Call window

  1. Go to Cards > Service Management > Service Manager > Service Call.
  2. Choose Vehicle Readings.

Accessing Vehicle Readings without associating the readings with a call from Rental Agreement Line Entry window

  1. Go to Transactions > Equipment > Rental Agreement Entry > Line Entry.

  2. In Rental Agreement Line Entry, choose the vehicle reading icon for either On Rental or Off Rental.  

    Note

    Choosing the Vehicle Reading icon under On Rental will create an outbound vehicle reading and, likewise, choosing the icon under Off Rental will create an inbound vehicle reading.
