- Choose Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Equipment >Transport > Trucks.
- Enter a Truck ID and Description.
- Mark the Subcontractor check box checkbox if the truck belongs to a third party.
- If the Subcontractor check box checkbox is marked, you can choose the Vendor ID for the contractor.
- Choose Save.
