You can create a new customer in the Customer Hub. This information is added to Service Management.
In the Customer Hub window, right-click on anywhere in the customer list.
Select Create New Customer.
In the New Customer/Location window, enter the customer details, required fields are indicated with an * asterisk.

Customer Class
Selecting the Customer Class will auto-populate the Primary Technician, Labor Group, Price Matrix, and/or Division as defined in Signature for the Service Class associated with the Customer Class.Primary Technician
