Creating Profitability Analysis Report Options

You can create profitability analysis reports. You create report options before printing reports.

  1. Choose Select Reports > Equipment > Profitability Analysis.
  2. Choose Select Profitability Report, Transaction Report, or Balancing Report from the drop-down list.
  3. Choose Select New to create a new report option.
  4. Enter the report option in the Option field.
  5. Choose Select how to group and sort the report.
  6. Choose Select a range and enter to and from information.
  7. You can mark the following check boxes checkboxes to include these in the report:
    • Combine Sub Accounts
    • With DetailOnly Required Groups
    • Show Balanced Trx
  8. Choose Select Destination to designate where to print the report.
  9. Choose Select Insert.
  10. Choose Select Save to save the report option.

If you have created report options, you can print them from the Profitability Analysis Reports window. You can print three profitability analysis reports.

  1. Choose Select Reports > Equipment > Profitability Analysis.
  2. Choose Select the report from the Reports drop-down list.
  3. Choose Select the report option and choose select Insert >>.
  4. Choose Select Print.
