  1. Select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Utilities > Equipment > Equipment ID Modifier.
  2. Enter the existing equipment ID in the Old Equipment ID field.
  3. Enter the New Equipment ID.
  4. Select Modify or Copy depending on your selection in the Equipment ID Modifier field in the Equipment Setup window. See Setting up Up Equipment.
