• Your name
  Displays your name associated with your user profile.
• Email address
  Displays the email address set up for your user profile.
• ERP User Account
  This is the user name for the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Default Company
  Displays the default company, if one has been assigned by the Schedule administrator.
• Role
  Displays the user roleyour user role.

• Time Zone Description
  Displays the time zone you are in. 

  Note
  The Time Zone Description displays if Time Zone Views is enabled in Signature.

  
  

• Affiliate/Region/Branch
  Displays the affiliate, region, and branch that you are assigned to. 

  Note
  The Affiliate/Region/Branch information will only display displays if you have Global Filtering turned on in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Changing your Schedule password

1. Choose the Change Password icon Image Removed to open the Change Password window.
2. Enter your current password.
3. Enter the new password.
4. Confirm the new password.
5. Choose CHANGE PASSWORD.
