Report Template Settings
Use the Report Template Settings section to designate templates to use when exporting reports.
- In Connect, choose the Settings icon from the menu bar to open the Connect Settings window.
Select the Report Settings tab.
Expand - In the Report Template Settings section, you can select an XLSX template file and/or a DOCX template file.
- XLSX - Allows a user to upload a formatted Excel template for use in any report that can be exported to Microsoft Excel (excluding the Inspection Report).
- DOCX - Allows a user to upload a formatted Word doc template (for example, a custom header and footer) for use in reports that can be exported to Microsoft Word (Pass/Fail Reports).
- To clear either of the template fields, choose the Clear icon.
- To add a template, choose the appropriate Add Add icon and navigate to the template location. Select the file and choose Open.
- To export the report with the header row frozen, mark the Freeze header row after export check box checkbox.
- Choose OK to save the Report Template Settings.
