On the schedule board, double-click the appointment to open the Details window.
Note You can also right-click the appointment and choose View Service Details/View Job Details to access the Details window.
- Choose the Notes button. The Notes window displays. If the Notes icon displays as blank , no notes are available.

Add an attachment to a service call
