- Select the App Drawer icon.
- Select Service Requests.
- When you select a Service Request from the left panel, the Service Request details are displayed.
The information that displays in this panel includes:- Work Order ID: Automatically generated.
- Client: From the Service Request.
- Site: From the Service Request.
- Health Icon: Priority from the Building Optimization Broker data.
- Summary: From the Service Request.
- Description: From the Service Request.
- Call Type icons: From the Service Request. You can add Call Types to the Service Request by selecting the Add icon.
- Created On Date: The date that the Service Request was created.
- Last Update Date: The date of the last update to the Service Request.
- Request Source: Indicates how the Service Request was created.
- Email - Sent from Client.
- API - Created in Building Optimization Broker or via a 3rd Party web form.
- Rule - Created from a Rule Fault.
Viewing Service Request Appointment Information
If there are any Appointments created for the Service Request, these will display in the Appointments section.
The Appointment information includes:
- Appointment
- Date/Time
- Technician
- Status: To see a list of possible statuses, see Service Statuses.
Viewing Service Request Call Information
The Service Request Call Information is displayed on the right panel.
The Call Information includes:
- Call Status: To see a list of possible statuses, see Service Statuses.
- Priority (Low, Medium, or High)
- Client
- Site
- Equipment/System
- Area
- Client Contact
