Before you can use Manager Approval in Time, you will need to assign at least one manager to each employee who needs to submit a timesheet for approval.

Employees who are not assigned a manager will be able to submit a timesheet that is automatically approved. Their timesheet will not display on the Manager Approval window.

To assign a manager:

  1. In Time, select Administration.

  2. Select Manager Setup.

  3. Click the Employee drop-down and select the employee.
