Unlinking a Contact will remove the link between the Signature and BOB Contacts.

1. Go to Cards > Service Management > Service Manager.
2. From the Service Manager menu bar, go to Additional > BOB Site Tracking Setup.
3. On the Location Mapping tab, select the ellipsis  to the right of the BOB Contact field.
4. Select Manage Contact.
5. In the New Contact window, select Unlink.
6. Select Yes to unlink the entity.
7. The window closes, and on the Location tab, the link icon no longer displays.

Buttons on this window

• Cancel - Closes the window without making any changes.
• Unlink - Removes the link to the entity. If you are unlinking a Client, this will also unlink all associated Sites, Technicians, Equipment, and Contacts. If you are unlinking a Site, this will also unlink Equipment and Technicians.
