Map2BOB is provides the ability to map your ERP entities (Customers, Locations, Contacts, Technicians, Equipment, and/or Appointment/Service Call Statuses) to Building Optimization Broker entities (Clients, Sites, Contacts, Technicians, Equipment, and Appointment/Service Request Statuses) accessed from the following Service Management windows via the Additional menu.
Depending upon where you access the utility, the respective tab is displayed for Locations, Technicians, or Statuses. You can access the other tabs by selecting the Home button in the window and then selecting the appropriate button.
Map2BOB window overview
- Sort a column by selecting the column header.
- Drag a column header up to the "Drag a column header" section to group the table by that column.
- Search for an entity using the Search field in the top right corner.
- Filter the displayed entities using the Edit Filter button on the lower right corner.
- Refresh the table by selecting the Refresh button.
- View the Company name, the BOB User name, and the number of Technicians in the bottom left corner.
- View the Microsoft Dynamics GP User ID in the bottom right corner.
How can I tell if an entity is linked?

Equipment | If Equipment is not linked with BOB Equipment, the Linked column does not display the link icon to the left of the Equipment. |
