Depending on the MobileTech setup, you can request to preview a field invoice before you generate the invoice for an appointment.
For the preview request to be automatically synced, make sure that Sync Login is set to Yes on the Setup page. If this option is set to No, you'll need to manually sync before you can preview the field invoice.

- Open an appointment from the appointment list or from a service call.
- Choose Appointments and select an appointment.
- Choose Service Calls, choose More, choose the Appointments tab, and select an appointment.
Choose Complete to complete the steps that are required for the appointment, such as adding labor, travel, and expense charges for the appointment.

- Depending on the setup, after you complete the steps for an appointment, you can preview field invoices. To preview the field invoice, select the Reports tab. Select Field Invoice Report and then choose Request.
- When the field invoice report has a status of READY, you can open the attachment to preview the field invoice.
- Choose Complete to generate a field invoice.
- The payment details fields are displayed. Depending on your organization's processes and the MobileTech setup, you can then collect payment from the customer in the field.
- If you don't want to collect payment at this time, choose No for Collect Payment.
