To maintain compatibility with Signature Time and Signature, please download and install the TimeTrack Add-In 18.7.26, Sync2Core 18.7.4, and Schedule 2024 updates on the Product Downloads page. After installing the update, you must configure the server objects.

Updates were done to allow for the new Department and Division filtering features. These new features are only available if you have Schedule 2024 (or higher) installed. KT-2413
Changing the division on a service call or job now triggers an incremental sync.
Job cost codes sync only when the job is active in Signature. If the job is marked inactive, the associated active cost codes will not sync. KT-2485
Sync2Core is now reading from the wsSetupOptions table instead of the BOBIntegrationSettings table. KT-2506
When syncing, users will no longer see the error message “Sync2Core is throwing error "Cannot read keys when either application does not have a console or when console input has been redirected." KT-2507
