You can track the general resolution for each service call using the Resolution field in the Service Call window. An example of a resolution ID is CAL with the description Calibration.
- Choose Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Service Management > Lookup Setup > Service > Call Resolutions.
- In the Call Resolutions window, enter a Resolution Code up to 3 characters.
- Enter a Description up to 255 characters.
- Choose Save.
