This routine can be used to drop and create tables and auto procedures, grant access, and clear data from tables. You must be logged in as “sa”.

  1. Choose Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Utilities > Equipment > SQL Maintenance.
  2. Choose the System or Company radio button in the Table Series field.
  3. Choose a Database from the drop-down list.
  4. Choose the tables you wish to maintain.
  5. Choose to drop and create tables and auto procedures or clear data by marking the check boxes. The Grant Access check box will be marked automatically when dropping and creating tables and auto procedures.
  6. Choose Process.
