  1. Choose Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Equipment >Transport > Trucks.
  2. Enter a Truck ID and Description.
  3. Mark the Subcontractor check box if the truck belongs to a third party.
  4. If the Subcontractor check box is marked, you can choose the Vendor ID for the contractor.
  5. Choose Save.

Note: The truck ID *ALL is system-generated and displays all trucks and cannot be deleted or changed.
