You can view transport inquiries and schedule inquiries.

In addition to using numerous filters to view transport documents, you can assign a delivery to a truck, schedule a delivery, and create an invoice from the Transport Inquiry window.

  1. Choose Inquiry > Equipment > Transport Inquiry.
  2. Choose the Model, Equipment, or Customer radio button in the Filter field.
  3. Enter a ModelEquipment ID, or Customer ID and Address ID.
  4. Use the drop-down list in the Date field to choose Dispatch, Delivered, or Document. Choose the All or From radio button and enter a date range.
  5. Mark the check boxes to assign filters.
  6. Choose Redisplay after entering a date range or choosing a check box.
  7. Double-click an item in the scrolling window to perform one of the following actions:
    • If the record has a status of Unassigned, the Transport Scheduler Maintenance window opens.
    • If the record has a status of Assigned or Dispatched, the Transport Delivery Maintenance window opens.
    • If the record has a status of Delivered, the Transport Invoicing window opens.
    • If the record has a status of Invoiced, the Transport Request Maintenance window opens.
