Setting Up Technician Activity IDs

Activity IDs are non-service call related events such as vacation, meetings, or training.

  1. Choose Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Service Management > Lookup Setup > Technicians > Activities.
  2. Enter the activity.
  3. Choose Save.
